Kao Luang Village
Kao Lhong Village,
Located of Karome Waterfall in Khao Lung national park moo 4 Kaokeaw, Lansaka, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. Origin from the NakornsiThammarat mountain has 19 floors, 7 floors open such as NhanPung,NhanNum rung, and Nhan Dad Fah. In one of the Thai king and the royal family had come at this. Is Pra Ra Ma Pi Thai of the reign 5 and 6. Has paths to Nature study distance of 2 kilometers., They wrote acronym in Thai “ จ.ป.รand ว.ป.ร” into Nhan Dad Fah cliff on the 3 floors and it used for scene series of “LuangJum Nan”
Yot Luang Waterfall.
YotLuang Waterfall or known well as “Mueang Mai waterfall” which located in Mu 6, Na Reng Sub-District, south of Krung Ching waterfall. Swimming can be enjoyed here at thismedium-sized waterfall amidst the coolness of the jungle.
How to get there : To get to the waterfall, take the Nakhon Si Thammarat-PhromKhiri route (4016) for 40 km.
Krung Ching Waterfall.
Krung Ching Waterfall located in Krung Ching Sub-District, KhaoLuang National Park, the waterfall very beautiful and important of Nakhon Sri Thammarat. Name of Krung Ching Waterfall come from Ton Ching which is a kind of palm prevalent in the area. The waterfall has many levels and the most breathtaking level is Nan FonSaen Ha where water drops off a sheer cliff 100 metres high, splashing down creating a mist covering the area likerain unlike other falls. This waterfall level is depicted on the back of Thailand’s 1,000 Baht currency note. The waterfall is under the responsibility of the KhaoLuang National Park Protection Unit. The waterfall can be reached by a road 3.8 km long to Nan FonSaen Ha. The area has a training center, accommodation and a campground.
ThaPhae Waterfall
ThaPhae waterfall is a beautiful place to take a rest, It has a good scene with 10 floors, Located on moo 14 Chang Krang, changKrangdistrict,Nakhon Si Thammarat. From Nakhon Si Thammarat city, take the Nakhon-Lan Saka, Chandi Road (Highway No. 4015) for 36 kilometres continue on the Chandi-Phipun bus for 18 kilometres. Approximately 2kilometre before you reach Phipun district office, there is a sign on the right pointing to the waterfall. Take that road for 10 kilometres.
Ai Khiao waterfall.
NaiKhiao Waterfall or known well as in Thai “Namtok Ai Khiao” which located in Thon Hong Sub-District. This waterfall has 9 levels and originating from KhaoLuang. The waterfall has different name in each waterfall level such as Nan Chong Sai, Nan Bang Bai, Nan Mai Phai, Nan SuaPhan, Nan BupphaSawan, Nan Hin Kong, Nan Hua Chang, Nan Sai KwatLan, and Nan Fa Faet. The surrounding area is still a dense jungle. Both sides of the falls are covered with betel gardens. The locals call the betel Phlu Pak Sai because of its hot flavor and sweet scent. The view of KhaoLuang is best viewed from here.
How to Ai Khiao waterfall.
It is 30 kilometres from the city on Highway No. 4016, on the same route as PhromLok waterfall. At the 26-km marker, turn left onto the road and continue for another 3 kilometres.
PhromLok Waterfall.
PhromLok Waterfall or NamtokPhromLok is a large waterfall originates from the Nakhon Si Thammarat mountain range which located in PhromLok Sub-District. The waterfall is wide, lovely rock platforms and flows down 4 levels, which are Nan Bo Nam Won, Nan Wang Mai Pak, Nan Wang Hua Bua, and Nan Wang Ai Le. The water flows past many kinds of flora before going to KhlongThaPhae and ending in the Gulf of Thailand in Pak Phun Sub-District.
How to get there :
It can be reached via Highway No. 4016 (Nakhon Si Thammarat-PhromKhiri) to the 20-km marker, then turn left onto Highway No. 4132 for 5 kilometres.
Suan Ai Waterfall.
Suan Ai Waterfall is beautifull with 5 floors for swimming such as “Nhan Chong SomLod”, “Nhan Ton Liang”, and “Nhan Lao Ka”. Located on moo 5 Krong Ra Ai subdistict. From NakhonsiThammarat city to Nakhon Si Thammarat –LanSaKa- Jun Dee (HightwayNo.4015 ) for 55 kilometres
Suan Kun Waterfall.
Suan Kun Waterfall has a nice forest to walking and learn a nature, Located on moo 3 Suan Kun subdistrict From NakhonsiThammarat city to Nakhon Si Thammarat –LanSaKa- Jun Dee (HightwayNo.4015 ) for 55 kilometresthen take a bus (Jun dee-Pi Boon ) for 4 kilometres.
