Koh Yao Yai (Yao YaiIsland )

            Koh Yao Yai is the largest island consisting of 2 main island,Koh Yao Noi and Koh Yao Yai near with Puket Province , and several surrounding islets such as Koh Kai Nok and Koh Kai Nai. It’s a Islam community in long time to live more than 100 years .This island has small group tourist than Koh Yao Noi, that is very peaceful,perfectly environment.  The most point here has a good community life mixing with Konsammuang community life in middle of Andaman sea. They are a fisheries,  rubbers gardeners,and farmers. They are very kind people. They are preserve of their environment and nature resource.Everything you can see in this island; please follow in this below,

1.Don’t drink any alcohol in the village , Allowed to drink alcohol only in a hotel or resort that prepared.

2.Don’t bring any dog and pig to the village on the island.

3.Don’t bring any narcotics and gamble on.

Getting to Koh Yao Yai.

            Koh Yao Yai to Koh Yao Noi about 1.2 km. Island Boat daily trips from Manoh port to Ban Chonglard port. Long-tail boat ferries make  daily trips  to Koh Yao Yai from Bang Rong Pier on the east coast of Phuket, with daily departures form Puket has 2 time/day, fromJrianwanit 5 times/day.  For a tourist, You can take a motorbike taxi rider or rent a car service fortravel around the  island.
